The First Day of the Rest of Your Life
Today is a big day!
I will find out how easy it will be for me to get a staff photographer position for Crested Butte in Colorado. Luckily, I know a high-up guy. I also just got a new website for my new photo co., Back Country Blitz Photography. I am in the middle of printing 20 or so prints from 8x12 to 16x24 to fill up a restaurant and sell them all over time!...I just got business cards but will have to make new ones to fit my new e-mail and website though. :P
I'm also in the process of getting the net at our house, so I will finally be able to manage everything on the net again. As it is now, I have access about once a week. Again,

I've got about 1,500 deviations and messages and just can't feasibly spend a lot of time here so I will be skimming deviations for great stuff and faving quickly. I'll try to get to all the comments as quick as I can too.
I'm putting up stuff from Junction mostly for my parent's benefit since they are far, far away in Africa and like to see how I spend my time and my/their money. :P

A year later, it is like I am shooting here for the first time, with real appreciation for the nuances of light, contrast and colors. I already have tentative support for a magazine shot in Texas Monthly and am still waiting for hundreds of slides to return from Independence Creek and the Junction area! My jazzed level is off the charts.
The class ends on the 25th, and a couple days later I will be i
